باختصار. إحنا شركة تكنولوجيا في الإمارات، وبنبني نظام DO DEAL للحملات. الموقع ده بيجمع بيانات من تلات أنواع من الناس: اللي بيسأل عن عقار من صفحة إعلان، واللي بيقدّم عشان يشتغل معانا كمصوّر أو صانع محتوى أو ميديا باير، واللي عنده حساب في النظام نفسه. كل نوع بنجمع منه حاجة مختلفة وبنحتفظ بيها مدة مختلفة، وكل ده مكتوب تحت. مبنبيعش بيانات أي حد لأي حد.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

1. لو سألت عن عقار

لما تملا فورم على صفحة مشروع، أو فورم إعلان على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام أو تيك توك أو سناب شات:

اسمك ورقم التليفون — دول المطلوبين عشان حد يقدر يرد عليك.
الإيميل — لو الفورم بيسأل عنه.
أي حاجة تكتبها بنفسك في خانة ملاحظات.

2. لو قدّمت عشان تشتغل معانا

صفحة التقديم (/pro) بتطلب حاجات أكتر، لأن ده طلب شغل مش استفسار:

بياناتك الأساسية — الاسم، الشركة لو فيه، الإيميل، التليفون، الدولة والمدينة، وصورة شخصية.
شغلك — سنين الخبرة، نبذة، الخدمات والتخصصات، اللغات، حسابات التواصل، أعمال سابقة، الأسعار والباقات، والمواعيد المتاحة.
بيانات بتطلبها طبيعة الشغل — الجنسية، والنوع، ووصف الجمهور — لأن المعلن أحيانًا بيحتاج صانع محتوى بلغة أو جمهور معيّن.
بيانات التحويل — طريقة الاستلام ورقم الحساب، عشان نقدر ندفعلك.
مستندات إثبات الشخصية — زي صورة الباسبور أو الهوية، للتحقق إنك انت فعلاً.
الاتفاقيات اللي وافقت عليها، وتاريخ الموافقة.

المستندات دي مبتظهرش لأي حد غير فريقنا. لما ملفك يتوافق عليه ويبان للمعلنين، اللي بيشوفوه هو اسمك وصورتك وشغلك وأسعارك ومواعيدك وبس — الإيميل والتليفون وبيانات التحويل والمستندات مبتخرجش من عندنا خالص.

3. لو عندك حساب في النظام

الحسابات دي لموظفينا وعملائنا واللي بيشتغلوا معانا. بنحتفظ بالاسم والإيميل والصلاحيات، وصيغة مشفّرة من الباسورد (مش الباسورد نفسه)، وسجل بالحاجات اللي اتعملت من الحساب — مين غيّر إيه وامتى. السجل ده عشان لو حصلت مشكلة نعرف نرجع نشوف، ولحماية الحساب نفسه.

4. اللي بيتجمع لوحده

من فين جيت — اسم الحملة أو الإعلان اللي وصّلك للصفحة (utm_source وأخواتها)، والصفحة اللي دخلت عليها.
معلومات تقنية — نوع المتصفح والجهاز، الدولة تقريبًا، ووقت الزيارة.
الكوكيز والمعرّفات اللي بتحطها منصّات الإعلانات على متصفحك — تفاصيلها تحت.

مبنجمعش رقم بطاقة ولا بيانات بنكية على الموقع ده خالص. لو حد طلب منك ده باسمنا على الموقع، ده مش إحنا. (بيانات التحويل في صفحة التقديم حاجة تانية: دي حساب بنحوّلّك عليه، مش كارت بنخصم منه.)

بنستخدمها في إيه

نراجع طلب الشغلنتأكد إن اللي قدّم شخص حقيقي بالخبرة اللي بيقولها، ونعرض ملفه على المعلنين، وندفعله.	تنفيذ الاتفاق اللي بينا وبينك، والتزامنا إن اللي بيشتغل من خلالنا متحقّق منه.
نشغّل النظامحسابات وصلاحيات وسجل، عشان كل حد يشوف اللي يخصّه بس.	تنفيذ الخدمة، ومصلحة مشروعة في تأمين الحسابات.
نقيس الإعلاناتنقول للمنصّة إن الإعلان جاب مهتم، عشان نعرف نوقّف اللي مش شغّال.	مصلحة مشروعة في تشغيل إعلانات مش بتضيّع فلوس — والمعرّفات بتروح مشفّرة.
نمنع التكرار والأرقام الوهميةنعرف إن نفس الرقم سجّل قبل كده.	مصلحة مشروعة في إن حد ميتكلّمش مع نفس الشخص خمس مرات.

مبنستخدمش بياناتك في أي حاجة تانية، ومبنبعتلكش إعلانات على الإيميل من غير ما تطلب، ومبناخدش قرار بيأثر عليك بالآلي من غير مراجعة بشرية.

بتروح فين

نظام إدارة العملاء بتاعنا — عشان الفريق يشوف طلبك ويرد عليه.
منصّات الإعلانات — فيسبوك وإنستجرام (Meta)، وتيك توك وسناب شات وجوجل ولينكدإن وإكس، لما تكون الحملة شغّالة عليهم. اللي بيتبعتلهم مشفّر بطريقة مبترجعش (SHA-256): بيقدروا يطابقوه مع حسابهم عندهم، ومبيقدروش يقرأوا منه رقمك ولا إيميلك.
Cloudflare — اللي الموقع وقواعد البيانات والملفات شغّالين عليه.
Google Sheets — لو صاحب الحساب ظبّط النسخة دي بنفسه من لوحة التحكم.
المعلن اللي بيحجزك، لو انت مقدّم شغل واتوافق على ملفك — وبالحدود المكتوبة فوق.

مبنبيعش بياناتك ومبنأجّرهاش ومبنبادلهاش مع أي حد لأغراضه هو. وبعض الجهات دي سيرفراتها بره الإمارات، والنقل بيتم بالحماية اللي القانون بيطلبها.

الكوكيز

الموقع بيحمّل أكواد قياس من المنصّات اللي بنعلن عليها. الأكواد دي بتحط كوكيز بتساعدها تعرف إن الشخص اللي شاف الإعلان هو نفسه اللي سجّل. مبنستخدمش كوكيز لأي غرض تاني — مفيش كوكيز إعلانية لطرف تالت ومفيش تتبّع عبر مواقع تانية.

تقدر تقفل الكوكيز من إعدادات متصفحك، أو من إعدادات الإعلانات في كل منصّة — الموقع هيفضل شغّال عادي من غيرها.

قد إيه بتفضل عندنا

بيانات الاستفسار عن عقار: طول ما الطلب شغّال ومدة معقولة بعدها للسجلات — إلا لو طلبت مسحها.
طلب شغل اتـرفض: بنمسح المستندات وبيانات التحويل خلال 90 يوم من الرفض.
ملف شغل متوافق عليه: طول ما الملف شغّال. لو وقّفته، بنمسح المستندات وبيانات التحويل، وبنسيب الحاجات اللي القانون بيلزمنا نسيبها (زي سجلات الدفع).
حسابات النظام: طول ما الحساب شغّال، والسجل لمدة معقولة بعد القفل.
المعرّفات المشفّرة اللي بنستخدمها لقياس الإعلانات: 90 يوم وبعدين بتتشال لوحدها.

حقوقك — وإزاي تمسح بياناتك

من حقك تطلب: نسخة من بياناتك، تعديلها، أو مسحها بالكامل. ومن حقك تسحب موافقتك، وتعترض على استخدام معيّن، وتقول لنا نبطّل نكلّمك — وساعتها بنبطّل.

عشان تمسح بياناتك: ابعت إيميل على [email protected] وعنوانه «امسحوا بياناتي»، واكتب فيه الاسم ورقم التليفون أو الإيميل اللي سجّلت بيهم. بنرد خلال 30 يوم وبنبعتلك تأكيد.

ولو كنت وصلتنا عن طريق فورم على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام أو تيك توك، الطلب ده بيشيلها من عندنا — ولمسحها من عند المنصّة نفسها، ده بيتم من إعدادات حسابك عندهم.

الأمان

الاتصال بالموقع كله متشفّر (HTTPS). لوحة التحكم مقفولة بمفتاح، والباسوردات متخزّنة بصيغة مشفّرة مبترجعش. مفاتيح الربط مع المنصّات متخزّنة على السيرفر ومبتوصلش لأي صفحة. مستندات إثبات الشخصية متخزّنة بحيث إن لينكها لوحده مبيفتحش — لازم حساب من فريقنا. وخزنة بيانات الدخول مشفّرة من الطرف للطرف: السيرفر نفسه مش بيقدر يقرا اللي فيها.

ومع ذلك، مفيش نظام على الإنترنت مضمون 100%، وبنقولها بصراحة بدل ما نوعد بحاجة محدش يقدر يوعد بيها.

الأطفال

الموقع والنظام ده للاستخدام التجاري، ومش موجّهين لأي حد تحت 18 سنة، ومبنجمعش بيانات عنهم عن قصد. لو عرفنا إننا جمعنا بيانات عن حد تحت 18، بنمسحها.

لو غيّرنا الصفحة دي

لو اتغيّر حاجة جوهرية، هنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» فوق. النسخة اللي على الصفحة دي هي النسخة الشغّالة.

The short version. We are a technology company in the UAE and we build the DO DEAL Campaign System. This site collects personal data from three groups of people: someone asking about a property from an advertising page, someone applying to work with us as a videographer, creator or media buyer, and someone who holds an account in the system itself. Each group gives us different things, kept for different lengths of time, and all of it is set out below. We do not sell anybody's data to anybody.

What we collect

1. If you enquire about a property

When you fill in a form on a project page, or a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat:

Your name and phone number — the two we need in order to reply at all.
Your email, if the form asks for it.
Anything you write yourself in a notes field.

2. If you apply to work with us

The application page (/pro) asks for more, because it is a job application rather than an enquiry:

Your basics — name, company if you have one, email, phone, country and city, and a profile photograph.
Your work — years of experience, a short bio, services and specialisms, languages, social accounts, previous work, rates and packages, and the times you are available.
Details the work itself asks for — nationality, gender, and a description of your audience — because an advertiser sometimes needs a creator with a particular language or audience.
Payout details — the method and account number, so that we can pay you.
Identity documents — a passport or ID scan, to verify that you are who you say.
The agreements you accepted, and when.

Those documents are never shown to anybody outside our own team. When your profile is approved and becomes visible to advertisers, what they see is your name, photo, work, rates and availability — and nothing else. Your email, phone, payout details and documents do not leave us.

3. If you hold an account in the system

These accounts belong to our staff, our clients and the people who work with us. We keep the name, email and permissions, a hashed form of the password (never the password itself), and a log of what was done from the account — who changed what, and when. The log exists so that a problem can be traced back, and to protect the account itself.

4. What is collected automatically

Where you came from — the campaign or ad that brought you to the page (utm_source and the rest), and which page you landed on.
Technical information — browser and device type, approximate country, and the time of the visit.
Cookies and identifiers set on your browser by the advertising platforms — detailed below.

We do not collect card numbers or banking credentials on this site at all. If somebody asks you for those in our name on this site, it is not us. (Payout details on the application page are a different thing: an account we send money to, not a card we take money from.)

What we use it for

Purpose	Basis

To review an applicationTo check that an applicant is a real person with the experience claimed, to show the profile to advertisers, and to pay them.	Performing the agreement with you, and our commitment that anyone working through us has been verified.
To run the systemAccounts, permissions and an activity log, so each person sees only what belongs to them.	Providing the service, and a legitimate interest in keeping accounts secure.
To measure advertisingTelling the platform that an ad produced an enquiry, so we know which ones to stop.	A legitimate interest in not wasting money on advertising — and the identifiers are sent hashed.
To catch duplicates and fake numbersRecognising that the same number has registered before.	A legitimate interest in not calling the same person five times.

We do not use your data for anything else, we do not email you advertising you did not ask for, and we do not make decisions that affect you automatically without a person looking at them.

Where it goes

Our own CRM — so the team can see your enquiry and answer it.
Advertising platforms — Facebook and Instagram (Meta), TikTok, Snapchat, Google, LinkedIn and X, when a campaign is running on them. What is sent is hashed one way (SHA-256): they can match it against their own records, and cannot read your number or email out of it.
Cloudflare — where the site, its database and its files run.
Google Sheets — if the account holder has set that copy up themselves from the dashboard.
The advertiser who books you, if you are an approved applicant — within the limits described above.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or trade it with anyone for their own purposes. Some of these providers hold data outside the UAE, and those transfers are made with the protections the law requires.

Cookies

The site loads measurement code from the platforms we advertise on. That code sets cookies which help it recognise that the person who saw the ad is the person who registered. We do not use cookies for anything else — no third-party advertising cookies of our own, and no tracking of you across other websites.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, or through the ad settings of each platform — the site keeps working without them.

How long we keep it

Property enquiries: for as long as the enquiry is live and a reasonable period afterwards for our records — unless you ask us to delete it.
A rejected application: we delete the documents and payout details within 90 days of the rejection.
An approved profile: for as long as the profile is active. If you close it, we delete the documents and payout details and keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
System accounts: for as long as the account is active, and the activity log for a reasonable period after it is closed.
The hashed identifiers used to measure advertising: 90 days, after which they fall away on their own.

Your rights — and how to delete your data

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted entirely. You can withdraw consent, object to a particular use, and tell us to stop contacting you — and we stop.

To delete your data: email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”, and include the name and the phone number or email you registered with. We will respond within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

If you reached us through a form on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, this request removes it from us — removing it from the platform itself is done in your account settings there.

Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The dashboard is behind a key, and passwords are stored in a hashed form that cannot be reversed. Platform access tokens are held on the server and never reach any page. Identity documents are stored so that their link alone will not open them — an account on our team is required. And the credentials vault is encrypted end to end: the server itself cannot read what is in it.

No system on the internet is guaranteed, and we would rather say so plainly than promise something nobody can promise.

Children

This site and system are for business use, are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about them. If we learn that we have collected data about someone under 18, we delete it.

If this page changes

If something material changes we will change the “last updated” date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
