What the site does

We are a technology company that builds advertising campaign management systems, and this site carries three things:

• Advertising pages for property projects — presenting projects, villas and units, with an enquiry form.
• An application page for anyone wanting to work with us as a videographer, creator or media buyer.
• The DO DEAL Campaign System — for account holders, on the terms agreed in their contract with us.

The site is not a sales platform, no payment is taken on it, and no field anywhere on it asks you for card or banking details. (The payout field on the application page is an account we send money to, not a card we take money from.)

Prices and the information shown

• Prices, areas, floor plans, images and videos are indicative only, and the developer can change them without notice.
• Renders and images are illustrative and may differ from the actual unit in finish, detail and view.
• Availability is not guaranteed — the unit you saw may have sold before you reached us.
• No figure or date on the site is a contractual promise. What binds is what appears in the signed contract and the project's official documents.

When you leave your details

By filling in a form on this site, you confirm that:

• The details you entered are your own and correct — you are not submitting somebody else's details without their permission.
• You are asking for somebody on the team to contact you on that number — by call, message or WhatsApp — about the project you enquired about.
• You may tell us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will stop. How to have your data deleted entirely is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Acceptable use

The site is open to anyone interested, but some things are not allowed:

• Attempting to breach the site or reach any administrative part of it without authorisation.
• Scraping its content automatically, or flooding the form with false entries.
• Copying the images, plans, text or trade name and using them in advertising of your own.
• Using the site for any purpose contrary to the laws of the UAE.

Intellectual property

The DO DEAL name, its logo, and the design and text of this site belong to us. Project images, plans and names belong to their owners — the developers — and we show them in our capacity as their marketers. None of it may be copied or republished without written permission.

Links and other platforms

You may reach the site from an ad on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google, and the site may send you on to WhatsApp or to a developer's page. Those platforms have their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Availability

We try to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will never be down — there is maintenance, and there are outages at our providers. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limits of liability

The site is provided as is. We stand behind what we do ourselves and behind our obligations under any contract signed with you, but we are not liable for an investment decision taken on the basis of an indicative figure on a web page without checking it against the official documents. Check everything before paying anything, and ask for the contract in writing.

Nobody on our team will ask you to transfer money to a personal account — if that happens in our name, it is not us; tell us immediately.

How we handle your data is set out separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is settled before the competent courts of the emirate in which the company is registered.

If something material changes we will change the “last updated” date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies, so look back at it from time to time.
